Discover A Deeply Embodied, Heart-Centered Practice For Awakening And Meeting Life's Challenges With Compassion And Resilience
With Neuro-Somatic Mindfulness (NSM)®, experience a deeply embodied presence and internal resonance that sustains peace, well-being and joy in your daily life.
You will jumpstart or fast-forward your meditation practice, save decades of wasted time, and quickly develop the meditative stability, spacious mind and equanimity enjoyed by longtime practitioners with decades of practice under their belts.
With NSM you develop deep embodiment and the ability to tap into an internal resonance within your own body to enhance self-healing and grow your well of resilience. You will also gain access to your body’s own innate wisdom and greater emotional awareness. This leads to the ability to avoid the emotional hijacking which often comes at the viewing of a news headline or unwelcome email these days.
NSM guides you to place your attention on the body’s innate capacity to feel within and anchor in nowness, greatly reducing the often overwhelming chatter of the mind.

"This brought everything together for me. I’ve been studying mindfulness throughout the years, and the science behind neuro-somatic mindfulness explained how awakening transpires neuro- biologically.
Fleet embodied a warm, friendly and open presence which is important when learning mindfulness. Cultivating these qualities helps to be resilient and create a better world."
